Kat Bush
Kat brings over 14 years of operations experience in the Professional Employer Organization industry. As our Senior Director of Business Operations, Kat is responsible for the day to day operations of our company assuring that our clients are getting the best possible customer service in the industry. Kat provides leadership and direction to multiple departments at Progressive Employer including: Benefits, payroll, support services and customer service. Kat began working at Progressive Employer in 2002 and has served as Payroll Manager, Director of Payroll, and Director of Customer Solutions. Kat is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association.Joe Ott
Joe brings a tremendous amount of real-world training and implementation techniques to Risk Management for our customers. Under his leadership as Director of Risk Management, our clients have benefited from reduced claims costs through innovative Safety and Return-to-Work programs. Recently, Joe led the intensive certification process for the “Best Practices of Workers’ Compensation Risk Management” designation by the Certification Institute (CI). Prior to joining us, he worked in Risk Management for other PEO’s within Florida. Joe holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health as well ARM (Associate in Risk Management), AIS (Associate in Insurance Services) and CRM (Certified Risk Manager) designations. He also serves on the Certification Institute Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Advisory Board.
Terry RobertsTerry has been with Progressive Employer for more than 13 years and has more than 20 years experience in sales and sales management. As Director of Sales, Terry is responsible for all sales activities and overall growth of the company. Terry’s approach to the PEO sale, his philosophy of working directly with each individual Business Consultant and his passion for learning as been the foundation for his success at Progressive Employer Management. Terry is a high energy, big picture thinker while never losing site of the details that deliver results. Terry has a proven ability to boost production and increase efficiencies, while understanding the unique relationship between sales, business partners and operations.
Gregg Martello
Gregg joined our company in 2006 with over a decade of management and sales experience. As our Sales Manager, Gregg is responsible for the organic growth of our company. Gregg has held the positions of Manager of Broker Development and Manager of Sales Training and Onboarding with Progressive Employer. Throughout his work us, Gregg has significantly redefined the sales onboarding, operations and sales training for our company. Gregg is a licensed 220 agent with experience selling property and casualty insurance and specializing in workers' compensation.Carlos Delgado
As our Regional Sales Manager for South Florida, Carlos focuses on helping business owners reduce their employment costs by offering comprehensive management of payroll administration, workers' compensation, human resources and employee benefit programs. Carlos has an extensive track record of success with over 23 years of experience in sales, management, finance and human resources. Most recently Carlos received the President's Club award for top sales production with our company. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Florida International University. Carlos is very active with the community in Miami and with the Latin Builders Association.Mary Pearman-Murphy
Mary has been with Progressive Employer since 2002 and brings over 14 years of combined Carrier, TPA and PEO experience. She has held the positions of Claims Manager and Director of Claims. In her role as our Director of Claims, Mary leads a team of pro-active insurance adjusters in successfully mitigating the overall claims costs of Progressive Employer and its clients through various cost containment and claims management programs. Mary has served as the Treasurer on the WCCP board of directors and holds the following designations: ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster), CWC (Certified Work Comp Professional), and CWCL (Board Certified Work Comp Litigation Adjuster).Jesse Albritton
As our Director of Information Technologies, Jesse is responsible for supporting the technology initiatives for mission critical systems, networking, telecommunications and advanced development for all Progressive Employer locations. Jesse joined the Progressive Employer family in 2006 as a PC and Server Technician after obtaining his bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Since then he has made significant improvements in our IT department in the areas of database administration, systems analysis, and project management. Jesse was promoted to Director of Information Technologies in February 2010.
