Assigned Team Support – Every client receives a dedicated Payroll Specialist, Benefits Specialist, Safety Specialist and Human Resources Consultant.  This ensures that experts from each of our core offerings are familiar with your business needs and ready to provide targeted expertise when you need it.  Additionally, an Account Manager is assigned to you for ongoing support and guidance. Of course, you also have our entire team of professionals – all the way up to executive leadership – at your disposal.

Access to Certified Experts – Our team has certifications from the American Payroll Association, the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the Certification Institute, the Insurance Institute of America, the Human Resource Certification Institute and many more accreditation bodies that demonstrate the competence and proficiency with which we help you with your HR-related challenges. In addition, our team has over 1,300 years of combined experience across all areas, including Payroll Administration, Workers’ Compensation Management, Employee Benefits Administration and Human Resources Management.

Periodic Telephonic and On-Site Visits – Your Account Manager will schedule periodic business meetings to provide an HR needs analysis and the solutions that reflect the changing demands of your business.

Comprehensive Client Reference Guide – Providing easy access to forms, policies and procedures. Of course, you can always call one of the dedicated professionals on your Account Team with questions.

One-Call Problem Resolution – Your Account Manager works with all departments to take care of your needs. In addition, all calls during normal business hours to PES are answered by a “live” person instead of the typical phone tree so that your call will be routed to the correct person as soon as possible.

Client Loyalty, Satisfaction & Retention – Since you work with the same dedicated Account Manager for all of your needs, we are able to anticipate changes based on your organizational goals as well as trends within your industry and can proactively incorporate modifications ensuring the utmost care and service.
