Clint joined PEMCO in January of 2014 as President and Chief Operating Officer, and within eight months was appointed to Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources. He joins PEMCO with twenty years of experience in the PEO industry.

Clint was previously an Executive Vice President and General Manager at CoAdvantage from 2001 until 2014.  In those 13 years, he spearheaded a corporate turnaround for the highly distressed company, led the company through one buyout event, a reverse merger and was part of the leadership team that made multiple acquisitions over the last three years.

Clint also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Trinet/Gevity HR for over seven years, directing 40 locations for a $3 billion business outsourcing company.

Peter joined PEMCO in April 2014 as Chief Financial Officer with overall responsibility for the financial performance of the Company. Peter has nearly thirty years of corporate financial and public accounting experience, including ten years of experience with a publicly-traded Professional Employer Organization.

Peter has served as Chief Financial Officer with three different companies in size from $200m to $600m in revenue, in multiple industries, where he has successfully increased and realized shareholder value, including through the sale of one business, through the public offering of stock and through credit refinances.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University in Connecticut and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Pace University in New York.

Peter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Scott joined PEMCO in October of 2015 as Senior Vice President of Sales. He has over 25 years of Sales and Sales Management experience including 23+ in the PEO industry and 17 with two different publicly traded organizations. Most recently Scott, served as Vice President with Strategic Outsourcing Inc. He has managed growth and expansion efforts at the regional and national level with Sales Teams up to 300 representatives. Scott has a proven track record of opening offices, training talent and motivating sales teams and looks to continue those initiatives at PEMCO.

John Hale is an accomplished information technology executive with 20 years experience designing, implementing  and maintaining technology solutions to support business objectives.  Proven ability to integrate systems within a complex technical architecture of hardware and software systems.  Excels in developing and motivating highly focused teams that meet  and exceed company objectives.  Extensive experience with problem solving, risk assessment and timely resolution in a high volume transaction, customer service environment.

Hale began his career in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry where he work with thousands of small business clients supporting over 100,000 worksite employees with their HR, Payroll and Benefits needs.  Hale started out programming, but quickly moved to a leadership position eventually becoming Vice President of Application Development.  During his time in the PEO industry Hale oversaw one of the largest Oracle HRMS implementations in the world.  As the PEO industry matured Hale participated in 3 acquisitions that included significant consolidation of systems.

Most recently Hale led efforts to support a growing manufacturing and retail company during their transition to Oracle ERP from legacy systems.  During his tenure Hale helped architect systems to support a growing ecommerce presence, including spikes due to promotions and Cyber Monday activity.  Hale also worked closely with the business to grow the brick and mortar operations by 500%.

Debra has over 20 years of experience in the insurance/PEO industry and joined Progressive Employer Management Company in March of 2014 to lead the Risk Management team and manage the company’s overall risk management needs. She started her career working with independent insurance agencies where she underwrote, quoted, sold and serviced various lines of insurance. She then entered the PEO industry as a Safety Consultant and progressed into the Director level role in Risk Management with one of the nation’s largest PEO’s where she was responsible for supporting and managing national workers’ compensation programs totaling in excess of $100 million in premium. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of carriers including AIG, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, CNA and Lumberman’s Underwriting Alliance (LUA).

Her expertise includes workers compensation program development, management and negotiations; captive oversight; underwriting; corporate casualty insurance; employment practices liability insurance; and vendor relationship development and management. Additionally, she brings experience in supporting multiple organization mergers and acquisitions as well as IPO activities.

Debra holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology and has also earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. Debra is also very involved with professional organizations such as NAPEO where she has been a guest speaker, and is a former member of the CS STARS Client Advisory Council and AIG Intellirisk Client Advisory Board.

Nicholas joined PEMCO in 2014 as General Counsel, where he oversees issues of corporate compliance, litigation, contract negotiations and licensing.  He joins PEMCO with over a decade of experience in the legal industry, both in-house and in private practice.  Nicholas has concentrated his legal practice in the areas of business, contracts and employment law.  He has extensive experience in the PEO industry.

Prior to joining PEMCO, Nicholas acted as Assistant General Counsel for a national PEO located in the Tampa Bay area, where he served as advisor on state and federal regulations, contract negotiations and internal corporate governance.  He also acted as a human-resources manager for several hundred employers across the nation.  In April 2013, Nicholas authored “Building Better Relationships, One CSA at a Time,” which was featured in the national trade magazine PEO Insider.

Nicholas previously practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York, New York and Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A. in Sarasota, Florida.  Nicholas is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and New York.  He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Rutgers School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.

John joined the PEMCO group of companies in 2011 as executive vice president with various operational responsibilities. In 2012 he became President of Progressive Employer Insurance Agency with responsibilities related to all employee benefit programs as well as property & casualty coverage for the company and its clients. John has 18 years of PEO experience and has been a licensed insurance agent for 18 years.

He previously owned his own insurance practice from 2006 thru 2011 with a specialization in Health and Welfare Plans. For the 10 years prior to 2006 he held various positions with two other PEOs which included ownership, executive leadership and sales leadership. During that time, John managed the assimilation of 9 acquired PEO companies, managed the reorganization of distressed companies and successfully developed & implemented national sales/marketing strategies.
